But this memoir, very uniquely told, has perked a new-found interest in him.First off, Richard has one hell of a way with words! His clever use of analogies, very witty subliminals (stay alert while reading!), and how he creatively used Motown song lyrics to help narrate his story was just genius! He is a very wise and insightful man, which brought a different perspective to the Motown saga. (Kentucky.) Organizing against that was done with vigor, but some of it was an uphill fight.
