John AdamsThis, like most books on negotiation, and that's the topic of this book regardless of the title, assumes that in the end parties are willing to reach an agreement that for the most part conforms with reasonable equity to a mutual value system. The opinions in this review are solely mine.. I want me and them to dodge that bullet if possible, leaving my home (their cottage) to them and the generation(s) to follow based on the concept that the building and land is family recreational property not a financial investment to be liquidated in the future when the gain is sufficient. Felt good to read an actual book again. Throw in the kinky sex, and well this about covers all the bases. We learn of a group of sedimentary rocks called the RICARDO GROUP, and these are shown in a photo on page 106. The only criticism I can give is that this book is only 140 pages; I'd have liked it if the book had been twice as long.All in all, I definitely think it's worth anybody's time to read it, even if you're only remotely interested in the eels.
